What are the precautions of indoor LED display?
First, notice for indoor LED display switch: 1. switch sequence: when turning on the screen: turn on the computer first and then the LED screen; when switching off screen: turn off the screen first and then the computer. Turning off the computer without switching off the screen first, the screen will cause bright spots. It is easy to burn the lamp. The consequences are serious.
2. When switching on or off the LED display, the interval time is greater than 1 minute; By instantly turning on and turning off immediately, the impact of the display is great, which is easy to cause damage on the screen body because of the impact of large power voltage.
Second, ambient temperature:
When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat dissipation condition is not good, be careful not to turn on the screen for a long time; the screen should be installed in the temperature range of -10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ environment; installing temperature control equipment when beyond that temperature range. Do not install the LED display near any heating source. High ambient temperature or poor heat dissipation can easily reduce the lifespan of the LED screen.
Third, the environmental humidity:
When installing the LED screen, the relative humidity should be in the range of 30% -70%, when the indoor environment humidity is less than 30%, which can easily produce static electricity; when the indoor environment humidity is higher than 70%, which can easily cause dampness for the LED lamps.
Fourth, environment with corrosive gas:
Do not install the display in an environment with corrosive gas, such as a chemical or chemical warehouse, near an indoor swimming pool or in the vicinity of the indoor swimming pool (recommend using outdoor SMD LED display if necessary).
Fifth, environment with electromagnetic radiation:
Please do not install the screen in the electromagnetic radiation. When the radio frequency radiation is more than the field strength of 5V/m interference in the environment, isolation must be done if necessary.
Sixth, environment with strong light:
Please do not install the LED display in the direction of strong light, because bright light will affect the display effects of the screen, and the brightness of the display requirements are higher.
Seventh, to maintain power stability:
Maintaining a stable power supply if necessary. Install the surge tank in the distribution box, and do a good grounding protection against lightning. In the strong lightning weather and other harsh natural conditions, do not use the display.
Eighth, the LED screen body is strictly prohibited with water, metal dust and other conductive substances.
LED display should be placed in the environment with low dust, otherwise it will affect the display, while the circuit will cause damage. If water gets in, please power off immediately and contact the maintenance personnel. Do not use until the screen body unit board is dry.
Ninth, control the screen display:
It is recommended not to make the display screen for a long time in full white, full red, all green, all blue and other full-screen, as it will affect the display screen's lifespan. Do not disassemble or splice the screen body.
Tenth, control the use of time:
Recommended that the LED display screen should stop at least 2 hours per day for rest; generally start the screen at least twice a week or more (especially the rainy season; need to start once a day normally), and the running time should be 2 hours or more.
Eleventh, storage of LED screen modules:
Do not unpack the LED unit module boards; place them in a dry place before using. Ensure that they are stored in an environment where the temperature is not higher than 30 degrees Celsius and the humidity is not higher than 60%.
Twelve, please be sure to place a thermometer and hygrometer in the warehouse at any time to monitor the temperature and humidity.
Thirteen, when installing the display screen, to wear some anti-static equipment.
