Return and Refund Policy
To better serve our customers, we have established the following return and refund policy to address potential issues during cooperation:
1. Wrong Products Received
If the product you receive is not what you ordered (for example, you ordered an LED display but received LED modules), please contact our customer service within 3 working days and provide clear photos and videos of the unpacking process as evidence.
Once the issue is confirmed, customers may return the goods for replacement. We will be responsible for all reasonable shipping costs and related customs charges. After receiving the returned goods in good condition, we will resend the correct items within 5 working days, along with a tracking number.
2. Products Damaged During Shipping
If you have purchased shipping insurance and the goods are found to be damaged upon delivery, please provide relevant photos and videos within 3 working days, ensuring the damage is not caused by improper handling after delivery.
Once confirmed, a replacement will be arranged, and the claim will be processed through the shipping insurance provider.
Note 1: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, especially for custom-made orders. If insurance is not purchased, any loss or damage during transportation will be borne by the customer.
Note 2: All products are fully tested by our engineers before shipment to ensure proper working condition. Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully upon receipt and before signing for delivery.

Important Notice:
For orders that have entered production or involve customized LED display products, cancellation is not permitted. In such cases, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value may be applied to cover production and material costs. The exact fee depends on the production stage at the time of cancellation.
