1. Resolution of the screen can be calculated according to the screen size. If the LED display is for playing video, the resolution of the outdoor screen should be at least 40,000 pixels and at least 80,000 pixels for the indoor screen. Customers can select the suitable pixel pitch model according to the display area.
2. The targeted model can also be decided according to the best viewing distance.
The best view distance means that at the certain vertical distance, the audience can see the whole screen without color shift, and the image content is the clearest.
The best view distance = pixel pitch/(0.3-0.8); for example, if the pixel pitch is 10 mm, then the best view distance is 10/0.3-10/0.8 m, which is about 12.5 to 33 meters.

An LED display has three types of installation methods. The first one is an LED screen that is to be fixed somewhere permanently. Normal cabinets are good for such an installation because it's cheaper. The second one is a banner LED display, which is to be mounted on a wall with a front service cabinet structure or with front maintenance LED modules. The third one is an LED display that is to be transferred frequently.
