Outdoor LED Display Maintenance Knowledge
As the new outdoor advertising media advertising, outdoor LED display is widely used in finance, taxation, industry and commerce, telecommunications, sports, advertising, business, transportation, education systems, securities markets Induction, creative display and so on. So the necessary knowledge for the maintenance of outdoor LED display is required.
1. Outdoor LED large screen must maintain a dry environment for use. Screen body is strictly prohibited with water, iron and other metal materials which are easy to conduct electricity. Powering on the outdoor LED large screen with humidity will lead to corrosion of parts and components, resulting in permanent damage. Rainproof measures should be adopted.
2. To avoid possible problems, we can choose to passive protection and active protection. Taking away from the LED screen as far as possible for items that could cause damages, and when cleaning the screen, it is best to gently wipe in order to make the damaged possibility to a minimum.
3. Outdoor LED display has the closest relationship in our users. Good cleaning and maintenance work is also very necessary. Exposing for a long time to outdoor wind, sun, dust and others, which is easy to be dirty. The screen is definitely full of dust for a period of time, which requires timely cleaning to prevent it from causing impact for the watching effects.
4. Switch sequence of outdoor LED display: turning on: turn on the control computer first to enable it to normal operation and then power on the LED display. Turning off: switch off the screen first, and then turn off the computer.
5. Stable power supply and good grounding protection, do not use in the harsh natural conditions, especially strong lightning weather.
6. Do not play a long time in full white, all red, all green, blue and other full-brightness screen, so as to avoid excessive current, too much heat on power cables, LED lamp damage, affecting the lifespan of the display. Do not disassemble, splice the screen body.
7. To regularly check if the outdoor LED display works properly, the cable connection is with damage. If needed, timely replacement or repair damaged cables, to maintain the normal work of the LED screen.
8. Outdoor LED large screen's master computer and other related equipment should be placed in a space with air conditioning and less dust, to ensure of good ventilation, cooling and stability.
